Tim provides 1-on-1 training options for in-person and virtual sessions. Packages include an account with TRUE COACH, giving you real-time access to your unique workout program.

Keeping you motivated on the days you are training without him.

Tim has all the necessary equipment to train you anywhere. In-person training sessions can take place wherever you prefer: home, office, park, etc.
